Tasting notes: bright wine of salmon color. On the nose notes of barberry, garden and wild strawberries. Full-bodied, mineral on the palate, with spicy bitterness. Medium long aftertaste with notes of spices.

Gastronomy: combines with steamed fish, with sliced fish and cold fish appetizers, with hot hors d'oeuvres.
