Amelia operates in strict compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the City of Moscow:

  • Does not sell or deliver alcohol at night;
  • Does not sell or deliver alcohol to minors;
  • Does not sell remotely.

Certificates and product documents

At the customer’s request, our company provides all necessary documentation for the goods we sell:

  • certificates of conformity;
  • invoice, bill.

Operating time

  • Our managers will answer your calls on schedule (except for holidays): Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, Fri from 9 to 17;
  • Orders received over the weekend are processed on the first business day.

How to pay

In the store payment is made in cash or by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, Mir).

Refund

The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods if the Goods have not been used, its packaging is intact and its marketability is preserved, and the Seller shall be obliged to accept such goods back in cases where the Seller:

  • handed over a smaller quantity of goods than specified in the contract;
  • handed over the goods in violation of the assortment clause;
  • failed to comply with the buyer’s request to complete the goods within a reasonable period of time;
  • delivered the goods without proper tare and packaging;
  • In addition, if the buyer discovers significant defects in the goods, he is also entitled to return the goods.

Address of the seller, where the goods are returned: Moscow region, Leninsky district, Bulatnikovo village, Centralnaya street, p.1A, ChZ2, floor 3, room 101. 1, office 101. The maximum term for returning the goods to the seller: within 7 (seven) days from the date of discovery of these defects. The amount paid for the Goods shall be returned to the Buyer not later than 5 (five) days from the date of the decision to satisfy the Buyer’s request to return the Goods.

The refund of the cost of goods is made with the obligatory provision of the Customer:

  • a copy of the Client’s identity document and a scanned copy of the application of the established sample;
  • an e-mail with payment details sent to the following address info@amelia.com.ru.

Working with legal entities

Our managers will issue an invoice for payment for the ordered goods. After receipt of payment by bank transfer we will perform shipment, provide a set of all necessary documents. All prices include VAT.
