Blend: Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah

Mode of production: selection of grapes is done manually. Berries are gently pressed using pneumatic presses. Grape juice is decanted before fermentation. Fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature of 18 ° C for the entire time from 10 to 14 days

Tasting notes: the wine has a light pink color with light salmon hues. The expressive aroma of ripe peach wine reveals notes of red berries and flowers. The taste of wine is fresh, delicate, elegant, with delicate nuances of citrus and red fruits. A refined aftertaste is accompanied by a crispy sourness  

Gastronomy: combines with Mediterranean dishes, salads, and can also be served as an aperitif.

Maran Winery Noravank Rose Dry

Blend: Areni, Tozot

Mode of production: fermentation on the pulp in steel at a temperature of 25°-26°C for 24 hours.

Tasting notes: the wine is light pink. The bouquet tastes like ripe cherries with hints of wild raspberries and unripe blackberries.

Gastronomy: combines with fish, poultry dishes, as well as with mushrooms and cheeses.

Van Ardi dry rose

Blend: Syrah 50%, Kakhet 50%

Mode of production: grape selection before processing. Saignee.Fermentation at low temperature.

Tasting notes: wine of light pink color with raspberry shades. Fruity notes of wild and garden strawberry and barberry dominate in the flavor. Full-bodied and buttery and delicate on the palate, with continuation of barberry, wild and garden strawberry touch. Long aftertaste with buttery and sweaty notes.

Mode of production: cold maceration of the must for 3-4 hours. Free run juice. Fermentation at 16°С.

Tasting notes: bright wine of salmon color. On the nose notes of barberry, garden and wild strawberries. Full-bodied, mineral on the palate, with spicy bitterness. Medium long aftertaste with notes of spices.

Gastronomy: combines with steamed fish, with sliced fish and cold fish appetizers, with hot hors d’oeuvres.

KEUSH SPARKLING ROSE Extra Brut

Blend: Areni 100%

Mode of production:  secondary fermentation in the bottle. Sedimentation for at least 24 months.

Tasting notes: the taste is fruity and fresh, medium with a continuation of the mineral tones and light bitterness in the aftertaste.

Gastronomy: it is combined with cold appetizers and salads with seafood, with fish sliced, with oysters.

Voskevaz Rose Dry

Blend: Areni 100%

Mode of production: after harvesting, the berries are pressed and fermented. Stainless steel tanks are used for aging.

Tasting notes: wine of light pink color with a pomegranate tint. The aromatic bouquet of wine is filled with generous tones of ripe red berries, cherries and rose petals. The taste of wine has a pleasant and well-balanced acidity. The finish is long, characterized by notes of ripe fruit.

Gastronomy: combined with light summer snacks or summer dishes. Ideal as an aperitif.
