Mode of production: grapes are harvested manually, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The fermentation process is stopped artificially in order to preserve residual sugar.
Tasting notes: delicate fruity aroma of ripe peaches, passion fruit, apples and citrus fruits. A great combination of acidity and residual sugar. The aftertaste is fresh, light, fruity and long.
Gastronomy: wine is perfect as an aperitif and goes well with Asian cuisine.
