Mode of production: fermentation in steel at low temperature, aging for 4 months in steel tanks, and then aging in a bottle for 1 month. The circulation is 12,000 bottles per year.

Bellafonte Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Collenottolo

Blend: Sagrantino 100%

Mode of production: grapes are separated from the ridges, then vinification takes place without the addition of yeast. Maceration lasts about two weeks. The wine is aged 36 months in large barrels of Slavonian oak, 3000-5000 liters in size, followed by aging in a bottle of 10 months. Circulation – 6500 bottles per year.

Tasting notes: bright, ruby red color. Wine with the aroma of blackberries and wild berries. The taste is berry, mineral and structured. The finish is pleasant and long.

Bellafonte Rosso di Montefalco DOC Pomontino

Blend: Sangiovese 80%, Sagrantino 20%

Mode of production: grapes are separated from the ridges, then vinification takes place without the addition of yeast. Maceration lasts about two weeks. The wine is aged 12 months in large barrels of Slavonian oak, followed by aging in a bottle for 6 months. Circulation – 17000 bottles per year.

Tasting notes: color – transparent ruby. The aroma reveals notes of pomegranate, red currant, cherry, bitter orange and blackberry. The taste is soft, fresh supported by light and pleasant tannins.

Blend: Trebiano Spoletino 100 %

Mode of production: the wine is aged on yeast for about six months of production, and then purified by decantation. Bottling is done without filtration. Aged in a bottle for four months. Circulation – 7000 bottles per year.

Tasting notes: straw color with a golden hue. Intense aroma with notes of citrus, yellow peach, pineapple, yellow flowers and flint. Sophisticated taste perfectly harmonizes with the fullness of the aroma.

Gastronomy: combines with tomato-based first courses, with savory fish dishes, white meat or cheeses.

Blend: Sangiovese, Merlot

Mode of production: harvest undergoes rigorous selective selection. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks on the pulp for 10 days. 12 months of partial aging in oak barrels and steel.

Tasting notes: wine of rich ruby color. The aroma of wine reveals fresh notes of red berries, notes of fruit, with light nuances of green pepper. The taste of wine is bright, with notes of cherry, plum. The aftertaste is pleasant average duration.

Mode of production: aging in a barrel 12-14 months.

Blend: Sangiovese, Colorino

Mode of production: aging in a barik for 10-12 months.

Tasting notes: ruby-colored wine. The aroma of black berries, plums, foliage, green pepper, as well as licorice tones. On the palate, cherries and cornel are accompanied by currants and black pepper.

Gastronomy: combines with game, grilled red meat and mature cheeses. The best combination is a Florentine steak.

Manuelina Achillius dell’Oltreppo Pavese DOC Brut

Blend: Bonarda (Croatia) 100%

Mode of production: primary fermentation in large steel tanks. Tincture on the pulp takes about 20 days at a controlled temperature. After filtration, the wine is placed in acratophore tanks for secondary fermentation for a period of at least 21 days.

Tasting notes: the color is bright dark cherry, with a beautiful play of bubbles. The aroma of berry juice. The taste is berry and rich.

Gastronomy: combines with cold cuts and cold meats, game, complex meat dishes and sauces.

Blend: Pinot nero (Pinot noir) 100%

Mode of production: grapes are harvested by hand. After 24 hours of cold decantation, the juice is fermented at a temperature of 14º–16ºC for 20 days. The second fermentation takes place under pressure in special tanks for 6 months.

Tasting notes: light straw colored wine. The aroma is light and gentle tones of hay and grass, as well as yellow fruits. Very delicate, creamy shades are felt in the taste.

Gastronomy: combines with oysters, with fish slices and cold fish appetizers, as well as with seafood salads.

Wine Serving Temperature: 6°-8°С.

Orlandi Contucci Ponno ADRIO DOC

Blend: Trebiano d’Abruzzo 100%

Mode of production: harvesting is done manually and undergoes rigorous selective selection. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in steel tanks using our own yeast.

Tasting notes: wine bright straw color. It has the aroma of yellow fruits and wildflowers. The taste of wine is fresh, mineral with a slight saltiness. The finish is long.

Gastronomy: wine is recommended to be served as an aperitif for light cold snacks, sea and freshwater fish, as well as young cheeses.

Blend: Corvina, Rondinella

Mode of production: only whole, ripe, healthy bunches of grapes are used. After this, comb separation and crushing is performed. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16°-20°C.

Tasting notes: the wine has a bright ruby color. The aroma is quite intense with notes of cherry, red currant and spices. On the palate, the tannins are pleasant and velvety. The wine is dry with medium density, pleasant and medium-long aftertaste.

Gastronomy: combines with pasta, lamb and seasoned cheeses.

Blend: Pino Grigio 100%

Mode of production: cold wort decantation, fermentation at low temperatures: 14°-16°C.

Mode of production: cold wort decantation, fermentation at low temperatures: 14°-16° C.
