Mode of production: maceration and fermentation at 16°-25°С. Aged in new Karabakh oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes: wine of rich cherry-red color. On the nose – dominated wild strawberry, ripe red cherry, red plum and notes of pomegranate. Medium-bodied on the palate, touch of currant, blackberry, cherry and sour cherry. Medium long aftertaste with long spicy notes, berries.

Gastronomy: combines with grilled or barbecued meat, with lean meat and poultry, with assorted meat and cold meat appetizers.

Wine Serving Temperature: 14°-16°С.
