Mode of production: maceration and fermentation in karases at 16°-25°С. Aged in new Karabakh oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting notes: wine of pomegranate color with cherry hue. Powerful aromas, bright, with notes of cherry, currant, blackberry, cornelian cherry, hints of spices and vanilla. Medium-bodied on the palate, round, with berry notes, touch of ripe plum, cornelian cherry, pomegranate, chocolate. Medium-long soft and velvety aftertaste.

Gastronomy: combines with lean meat and poultry, with grilled or barbecued meat, with assorted meat and cold meat appetizers.

Wine Serving Temperature: 13°-15°С.
