Mode of production: bunches are subjected to direct press without separation of the ridges. Fermentation 13 C, after which the wine is aged on the lees for two weeks.
Tasting notes: the wine is a pale golden color. This wine combines freshness and complexity. The impressive shades of lime peel, freshly cut grass and delicate bitterness in the aftertaste, complemented by refreshing acidity, create a unique aroma and taste of this wine.
Gastronomy: wine is good both on its own and in combination with fish, seafood and simple salads.
