Mode of production: after harvesting, the berries are pressed and fermented. For wine aging the manufacturer uses oak barrels. The aging process lasts 12 months.

Tasting notes: wine of light amber color. The aromatic bouquet of wine is filled with attractive tones of tea roses and bright, rich nuances of raisins. The taste of wine is noble, characterized by an oily texture. The finish is long, with honey-quince nuances.

Gastronomy: wine is recommended as a digestif, paired with foie gras, fruits and a variety of desserts.
