Mode of production: fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Production with a controlled temperature not exceeding 28°C for 15 days. Extract partially (50%) in 300 liter barrels, partially (50%) in 50 hectoliter botti for 8 months, then in a bottle for 4 months.
Tasting notes: the color is deep red with a purple tint. The aroma is intense and complex with notes of red fruits and spices (vanilla and pink pepper). The taste is balanced between tannin and acidity. Fruit notes combine with richness and roundness of wine. The finish is fresh and long.
Gastronomy: combines with fried poultry, steaks, game and mature cheeses.
