Mode of production: about half of the ridges are separated from the grapes, and the production of partially raisin berries is crushed in a gentle manner. Fermentation lasts 4-5 months, proceeds in three stages: first on wild yeast, then on ordinary and finally on special alcohol-resistant races. Aging in oak for 3 years, aging in a bottle for 3 years.
Tasting notes: wine of dark ruby color. In the bouquet you can fill ripe cherries and blackberries.
Gastronomy: combines with boar kebab, lamb dishes, mushrooms, spicy dishes, hard and seasoned cheeses.
