The vineyards of the Chateau La Fresnel are located in the heart of the Antres-des-Mer zone, the "interfluve" of the Bordeaux region.
Since 1789, the traditions of this farm have been carefully kept in the Barthe family and handed down from father to son for six generations. However, recently, for the first time in the history of the Chateau, the management of the castle passed into the hands of women. Veronique Barthe, the first daughter in the Bart family, inherited the castle a few years ago.
