Chateau de la Mulonniere 12.5% dry white wine 2017 0.75 l France

Blend: Chenin blanc

Mode of production: selection of grapes is done manually. Then low-temperature fermentation is carried out until the desired balance between sugar and acidity is achieved. Exposure for several months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: the wine is light straw color, with excellent perlyazhem. It has a good bouquet, light fruity notes. The taste is fresh, pleasant and very balanced.

Mode of production: harvested by hand, then the berries are pressed and subjected to fermentation. Wine aging occurs in large Armenian oak barrels for 14 months. After aging, the wine is bottled and additionally aged for 4 months.

Tasting notes: wine of golden amber color with a lively sheen. The aromatic bouquet of wine is filled with restrained floral shades, emphasized by the nuances of oak, vanilla and nuts. The complex and harmonious taste of the wine has a creamy texture, reveals notes of ripe white fruit and the nuances of noble oak wood. The finish is long, with nutty tones.

Gastronomy: cpmbined with light snacks, dishes of Armenian and Mediterranean cuisine, a variety of pastas and slices of goat cheese.
