Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Combai is a dry Superior Prosecco obtained as a result of vinification of Glera grapes grown in a limited area, one of the most traditional and exclusive for the production of this sparkling wine "Rive" Combai. It is a true expression of a territory characterized by ideal climatic and morphological conditions for achieving full maturity.

Technological features of WINE production: The grapes are harvested and selected manually. Through direct pressing, pure, high-quality juice is extracted and sent to production. The Sharma-Martinotti reservoir method. The wine is young, not aged.
Organoleptic DESCRIPTION OF WINE: Crystal clear straw-colored wine, with a beautiful and long perlage. A fruity fragrance with pronounced tones of apples, white peach, banana and light floral notes of acacia and jasmine. Fresh, delicate and balanced taste, good acidity and soft texture.Chemical characteristics of the wine:
