Mode of production: fermentation in oak tanks (barrel) on wild yeasts. Aged in Karabakh oak (350 l) for 24 months and 5 years of bottle aging.
Tasting notes: wine has rich ruby color. Notes of berries dominate on the nose, touch of ripe red cherry, strawberry, pomegranate. Full-bodied on the palate, velvety with rich soft tannins, continuation of berry notes, touch of cherry and lingonberry. Medium-long aftertaste, with berry notes.
Gastronomy: combines with assorted meat and cold meat appetizers, with hot hors d’oeuvres, with complex meat dishes with sauces, with grilled or barbecued meat.
