The Areni grape variety is grown in the Vayots Dzor region. Harvesting begins at the end of September and manual harvesting is applied. Next, the grapes are brought to the winery, where, first of all, the berries are separated from the ridges and sent to production. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is not aged in barrels.
DESCRIPTION
COLOR: ruby.
BOUQUET: light aroma of ripe berries, cherries and spices.
TASTE: semi-sweet wine, medium body and soft tannins. Balanced acidity, notes of ripe cherries, short aftertaste accompanied by spicy tones.
