Grape variety: Areni 50%, Lilac (Khndogni) 50%

Production method: cold maceration. Fermentation at 28 ° C – 20 days. Aging in Karabakh oak barrels for 18 months, additional aging in a bottle for at least 6 months.

Taste features: wine of rich cherry-red color. The aroma has pronounced shades of ripe red berries: blueberries, blueberries, black currants. The taste is full-bodied, structured, with notes of black currant, blueberry, blueberry, a hint of cherry. The aftertaste is medium, tannic.

Gastronomy: combined with hot appetizers, grilled and barbecue meat, complex meat dishes with sauces.

Serving temperature: 14°-16°C.
