Production method: cold maceration. Fermentation at 14 ° -15 ° C – 25 days. Aging in Karabakh oak barrels for 20 months, additional aging in a bottle for at least 6 months.
Taste features: the wine has an exquisite pale golden hue. The fragrance contains tones of wax and white acacia. Wax is also present in the taste, but it is complemented by already ripe quince.
Gastronomy: combined with soft cheeses, mushroom risotto and seafood, as well as steamed fish.
