Varietal composition: Areni 50%, Lilac (Khndogni) 50%
Production method: cold maceration, fermentation at 28 ° C – 20 days. The vineyards of the farm are located on the Akhavnadzor plateau at an altitude of 1250 m above sea level. Manual harvesting is used in the vineyards. Areni for this wine is collected from here, and Lilacs (Khndohni) – from Artsakh. First of all, the grapes are selected, after which the main process of vinification begins.
After fermentation, the wine is left in stainless steel tanks for stabilization. The wine is not aged, but it has a great aging potential in the bottle.
Taste features: beautiful ruby color of medium intensity. Fresh aroma of red berries – raspberries, blackberries, ripe cherries dominate, hints of spices. Pleasant acidity, medium body, bouquet of red berries and fruits: raspberries, strawberries, ripe cherries, prunes and peppery notes. Long aftertaste accompanied by berry tones. Dino is elegant, fruity and refined, with well-balanced tannins.
Gastronomy: combined with cold cuts and cold cuts of meat, grilled meat and barbecue, complex meat dishes with sauces.
Serving temperature: 14°-16°C.
