Blend: Sangiovese 100%

Mode of production: fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Production at a controlled temperature not exceeding 29°C for 35 days. Extract in French tons of 500 liters, for 36 months, then in a bottle for 24 months.

Tasting notes: dark ruby red color. Intense, complex aroma reveals notes of licorice, cherry liquor, which then turn into shades of black currant, undergrowth, blackberry, Spanish cedar and oak. Intense, superbly structured taste, with ripe and firm tannins and beautiful notes of fresh fruit.

Gastronomy: combines with dishes of meat and any kind of game with complex sauces, meat dishes of Italian cuisine, as well as cheeses.

Wine Serving Temperature: 16°-18°С.
