Mode of production: fermentation takes place separately in steel tanks for 7 days. After blending, aging for 8 months in oak barrels.

Tasting notes: color dark pomegranate with a cherry tint. The aroma is intense notes of red berries and pepper. After the wine opens, smoky and licorice tones begin to appear. The taste is fresh red berries with a good structure and notes of vanilla, as well as candied berries in the aftertaste.

Gastronomy: combines with dishes of duck meat, red meat, cheeses.
