Mode of production: selection of grapes is done manually. Then low-temperature fermentation is carried out until the desired balance between sugar and acidity is achieved. Exposure for several months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: straw color with a golden hue. The aroma reveals wonderful notes of peach, acacia, sweet almond and citrus. The taste of wine is fresh and light in perfect harmony with the fullness of the aroma.

Gastronomy: Combines with dishes from Indian and Asian cuisine. Also suitable as an aperitif or as oysters, fish slices and cold fish snacks.
