Blend: Sangiovese 80%, Sagrantino 20%

Mode of production: grapes are separated from the ridges, then vinification takes place without the addition of yeast. Maceration lasts about two weeks. The wine is aged 12 months in large barrels of Slavonian oak, followed by aging in a bottle for 6 months. Circulation - 17000 bottles per year.

Tasting notes: color - transparent ruby. The aroma reveals notes of pomegranate, red currant, cherry, bitter orange and blackberry. The taste is soft, fresh supported by light and pleasant tannins.

Gastronomy: combines with red meat, hearty pastas.
