Mode of production: the vineyard is located at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. Grape selection is carried out before processing. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C.

Tasting notes: light straw colored wine. The aroma is saturated, with notes of elderberry, banana and yellow apples. The wine is dry, well balanced and clean. Fresh on the palate with the right balance and acidity.

Gastronomy: combines with white meat and fish, cheeses and fresh vegetables.
