Tasting notes: dark ruby red color. Intense, complex aroma reveals notes of licorice, cherry liquor, which then turn into shades of black currant, undergrowth, blackberry, Spanish cedar and oak. Intense, superbly structured taste, with ripe and firm tannins and beautiful notes of fresh fruit.
Gastronomy: combines with dishes of meat and any kind of game with complex sauces, meat dishes of Italian cuisine, as well as cheeses.
