Mode of production: grapes are separated from the ridges, then vinification takes place without the addition of yeast. Maceration lasts about two weeks. The wine is aged 36 months in large barrels of Slavonian oak, 3000-5000 liters in size, followed by aging in a bottle of 10 months. Circulation - 6500 bottles per year.

Tasting notes: bright, ruby red color. Wine with the aroma of blackberries and wild berries. The taste is berry, mineral and structured. The finish is pleasant and long.

Gastronomy: combines with red meat, hearty pastas such as lasagna and ravioli, seasoned cheeses and sausages.
