Tasting notes: wine of light straw color with golden hints. Fruity aromas are represented by ripe pear, peach, apricot aromas, tropical notes. The nose is complex. Full-bodied on the palate, little buttery with refreshing acidity, prolonged with ripe southern fruits. Long aftertaste, harmonic and fruity.

Gastronomy: combines with cold appetizers and seafood salads, with sliced fish and cold fish appetizers, with steamed fish.

Mode of production:  selection of grapes, aging in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: the aroma is elegant, floral, with tones of fresh mineral notes and hints of citrus and white peach. Light, perfectly balanced, roundish, light tones of a ripe yellow apple, barely perceptible nuances of a white peach, barely perceptible tartness, light minerality, subtle creamy nuances, light oily nuances, subtle floral tones, faint astringent pleasant notes, aftertaste – tones of walnut.

Gastronomy: with white fish and seafood, soft and semi-hard, seasoned cheeses, pastes and salads, tapas with artichoke.

Gastronomy: wine is good both on its own and in combination with fish, seafood and simple salads.

Bagratuni wines have the name of the Bagratuni dynasty of rulers. Winemaking and viticulture prospered in Armenia under their rule, from the 9th to the 11th centuries: new wineries and taverns were built, and numerous vineyards were planted. The label depicts the coat of arms of the dynasty.
The wine is produced from the two grape varieties Voskehat and Chenin Blanc. The wine is reserve and aged in Armenian oak barrels for more than 6 months.

Noravank, Maran Winery’s firstborn, is named after a 13th-century monastery next to our vineyards in Vayots Dzor region. The first vintage was released in a newly independent Armenia in 1991. These wines are generally more easily drinkable and have no oak ageing.
The wine is produced from 3 grape varieties: Khatun Kharji, Kangun, Aligote. The vineyards are located in Armavir and Vayoc Dzor regions.

Mode of production: vinification passes partly in steel, and one third in new oak barrels at a controlled temperature. barrel aging up to 3 months.

Способ производства: изготовлено по традиционной технологии неполного естественного брожения сусла с последующим добавлением спирта, останавливающего процесс брожения. Поскольку содержание сахара в винограде не превышает 16-18%, то это вино является полудесертным. После ферментации обязательно выдерживается в дубовых бочках, благодаря чему вино становится более глубоким и насыщенным.

Вкусовые особенности: вино бледно-золотистого цвета. В насыщенном, освежающем аромате вина гармонично переплетаются фруктовые (особенно цитрусовые) и цветочные оттенки. Вкус вина мягкий, многогранный, интенсивный, с виноградными и фруктовыми нотками и долгим сладким послевкусием.

Гастрономия: сочетается с сыром, десертами и фруктами.

Температура подачи вина: 12°-15°С.

JAN is a semi-sweet white wine made from the grape varieties Voskehat and Kangun. The vineyards are located in the Armavir region at an altitude of 1100 m above sea level.
The wine is straw-colored with a golden hue. The aroma has well pronounced wildflowers, fruits (apricot, quince, white cherry). The taste of the wine is soft, sweet, with balanced acidity, citrus fruits and delicate floral tones.

Mode of production: after 24 hour decantation process, the juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for 20 days.

Apricot wine is made from the local apricot variety Sateni. Apricot is grown in Vayots Dzor region, Armenia. For production, classical technology is practiced specifically for this style of wine. Fermentation of the mash is stopped by a sharp decrease in temperature. Before cold bottling, the wine stays in an inert space, at a temperature below 0ºC  so that the wine retains a fresh and typical fruity aroma.

QOTOT Wine is a reflection and a history about a friendship between a little boy and a bear cub, which was born after they ate grapes together in the vineyards.
The berries of Voskehat grape variety – the “Queen” of winemaking in Armenia – are used for the production of white wine QOTOT. This variety has a long history. The vineyard is located in Vayots Dzor region. The vines grow on their own roots.
The wine has a delicate lemon color with a golden hue. The aroma is rich, fruity and floral: tropical fruits, white wildflowers. The taste is delicate and refreshing, tropical fruits with balanced acidity and a pleasant aftertaste.
