Mode of production: after 24 hours of carbon dioxide maceration of grapes receive juice. Vinification takes place at a controlled low temperature for 12 days. Then filtration and decantation are carried out. Finally, the wine is placed in an isothermal tank at a temperature of 5°C for its complete stabilization.

Tasting notes: wine of light straw color. The aroma is light, fresh with hints of grass and yellow fruits. The taste is fresh, but the aftertaste remains bitterness, which gives the wine a roundness.

Gastronomy: great wine for an aperitif, but also perfect for fish, poultry and Mediterranean dishes.
